Registration of Interest:

The Contract Works required at Te Hapua School are:
- Minor internal alternations & refurbishment to the Hall (Store Rooms, Kitchen) & Administration Block
- Minor roofing works
- Driveway remediation (new concrete)
- Minor electrical works

The Contractor will be engaged through a Medium Works Contract.

Indicative Timeframes for the Contract Works are:
i. Indicative start date: February 2026
ii. Indicative Due Date for Completion: April 2026

Successful respondents will be selected for RFT at which point pricing will be required (no pricing required for this ROI)
