Tawa College has developed a scheme to relocate specialised teaching facilities for students with particular needs with the ground floor of Block T to be reconfigured and refurbished.
Approximately two thirds of the existing lower floor will be altered to create two teaching spaces, bathroom facilities, breakout rooms and an outdoor decked area.
The project will also incorporate siteworks that will modify the main entrance driveway and introduce a vehicle drop off area with the associated realignment of the pedestrian footpath.
