The BoT at Christchurch Boys High School are seeking a Main contractor to undertake the Construction works for refurbishment of existing buildings at the School hostel, Adams House.

The Contract Works is for the construction and completion of all work associated with:
- Block C Bathroom Refurbishment: Refurbish an existing bathroom to address leak and water damage.
- Block C Stores and Bathroom: Convert one existing bedroom into a new bathroom and convert the existing three small bathrooms into storage rooms.
- Block B Common Room Conversion: Convert the existing Common Room into two double bedrooms to match existing bedrooms.
- Block A and B Fire Upgrades: Install new Fire Protection throughout.
