At a high level, the scope of works includes:
a General demolition of the internal fit out of the existing WC's and cloakrooms
b Construction of new internal partitions to form new WC’s and breakout spaces
c Provision of new insulation to walls and ceilings
d Replacement of external cladding and joinery
e Alternations to existing plumbing, drainage, power, heating, lighting, emergency lighting and signage and fire safety systems
f Internal fit out of new WC’s and breakout spaces including new floor and wall linings, internal joinery, hardware and trim, new sanitary ware and full internal and external decoration.
