This RFT is for a main contractor only. Tenders for separate portions of the works will not be considered in any instance.

The scope of works includes:
- Installation of new floor coverings, wall coverings and electric window winders in the main Hall
- Replacement of ceilings and floor coverings in the storage room.
- Replacement of window joinery, roller doors and external fire doors
- Replacement of bathroom cabinetry and HWC in the bathrooms.
- Removal and reinstatement of all services.

Additional rights for other projects of a lower value are included in this tender.

Architectural drawings have not been included for this project so measurement is required by the contractor at time of tender.
