Cambridge Middle School wishes to proceed with the roofing works identified in their approved 10YPP. The scope includes re-screwing, roof and gutter replacements, removal of skylights,
flashing and general roofing repairs, as well as truss repairs
.
An asbestos refurbishment survey will be completed prior to commencement.

The works are scheduled to take place over the December/January holiday period.

If the full scope cannot be achieved within this timeframe, alternative programming will be agreed upon with the successful tenderer.
