Takapuna Grammar School (the School) requires refurbishing Temp Block 1-7, consisting of 13 classrooms plus smaller offices, store rooms and toilets. Reroofing, replacement of damaged wall linings (interior and exterior) and new acoustic coverings, replace existing floor coverings, upgrade heating and lighting, replace door and window joinery, plus any additional works required to handover a weathertight and compliant building.
