i. This project will deliver wastewater system replacement at TK o Omanaia.
ii. The contractor is to allow for all works stipulated in the approved BC and NRC documentation and are to comply with all limitation’s details in the approved documents.
iii. Allowance is to be made for coordination of inspections, collation of BC documentation and final submission to the council upon completion.
iv. Please submit proposed solution along with proposed site access.
v. Allowance is to be made for make good to the ground where disrupted.
