The Ministry seeks Quantity Surveyor Services for the following project - Salisbury School will retain 4 of its existing blocks and rationalize the balance. Block A (Admin) is requiring refurbishment, Block C (teaching spaces) need to have a feasibility study carried out because of age and risk profile. The residential blocks were found to be in poor condition and unsuitable for refurbishment. A decision was made to demolish these and replace them with purpose-built residential facilities through a Design and Build procurement model. The works will be delivered within a live school environment, requiring careful planning around decanting and site safety.
