This project is to replace the vinyl flooring (confirmed asbestos), and carpet in the hall, replace leaking and damaged windows, and refurbish the small internal spaces within the hall that are currently in poor condition. Additionally, the HVAC system will be replaced and the switchboard which is at the end of life will be upgraded to a metal lockable type with full RCD protection.

This project is to create an outdoor learning environment to facilitate an indoor-outdoor connection that supports the desired teaching and learning approach at the school by removing and replacing the existing shade canopy and outdoor benches with a new design. The new shade canopy must also be compliant with the current fire code and structural requirements.
