The Kerikeri High school Gym is requiring remediation work after a flooding incident.

Please see the attached plans for further details on required refurbishments

The Contract Works described in detail in the attached plans are:
- Demolition of selected structures
- Change Room refurbishments incl. re-line walls, new toilets & showers
- Small Floor area plan increase under existing eave
- Electronic lock, vape detector & CCTV security replacement using the school’s preferred supplier
- Lock replacement with Assa Abloy eCLIQ locks
- HWC’s removed & changed to gas heating
- New concrete footpaths & paving
- Rotten wall recladding & replace timber framing as required
- New landing & ramp
