Paeroa College would like to progress with the roofing works identified in the MoE approved 10YPP. The works consist of a complete roof replacement to Block H, a partial roof replacement to Blocks D, K and E. Rescrewing to Blocks J, L and E. Spouting replacement to Blocks A (Admin near archgola) and L, roof repairs to Blocks A, C and F. Flashing replacements to Blocks A, B, C and E. Clearlight replacement to Block A. There is also a leak on B Block in the hallway to the Music room that needs to be investigated and remediated.
The works will progress as two separate stages being Stage 1 in the September school holidays and Stage 2 over the December/January holidays

No Winner Contract was awarded however as the winning contractor could not submit tender through GETS as they were experiencing issues, they do not appear in the list to award.
