Glen Eden Intermediate School Board of Trustees are seeking submissions from Design Build contractors to replace 2 classrooms and a toilet block. The preference is for Offsite manufacture with minimal on-site disruption.
A site inspection is compulsory prior to bidding. contact Richard Adams on 021 920191 or richard.adams@octa.co.nz to arrange a site Briefing/inspection.
The MOE design standards for Weathertightness, Acoustics, Air Quality, Lighting and Fire/Safety are included, tenders should note in their submissions if there are any areas of their standard buildings that do not meet the MOE standards.
The Contract will be based on the MOE NZS3916 Design and Construct Contract conditions attached.
Submissions must be made on the RFP form attached.
