Wairau Intermediate School is located at 113 Becroft Drive, Forrest Hill, Auckland.
The school is upgrading the vehicle and pedestrian access to the administration building.
The architect has marked up a set of photos with the required scope, which is summarised below:
• Administration block:
a. Decommission pedestrian gate.
b. Replace vehicle access gate with automated sliding control gate controlled from reception area.
c. Install mag lock and access control to pedestrian gate
d. Remove existing canopy and extend metal fencing
e. Make modifications to signage
f. Repaint administration building
