Overview

School History: Often referred to as "Chissy", Chisnallwood was first established in 1967 to meet the needs of the Baby Boomers and the post war period of population growth. The school grew to a roll of approximately 950 in the 1980s before dropping back to below 400 in the 1990s. A period of consolidation followed while new programmes were initiated and as the school went through a substantial phase of development. The school once had up to 960 student (2004) but recent revisions to their enrolment schemes has reduced their build and master plan roll numbers to 400, plus the provision of outside technology to other schools.

Chisnallwood Intermediate school is a Co-Ed school for students in years 7 and 8. They are one of the last few schools to enter the CSR programme for their site upgrade. The school offer a wide range of opportunities for learners with the curriculum offered for technology, science, music and sports and physical education.

This procurement is for Lead Design services to support the upgrade of the school.
