To remove and replace existing roofing, gutters and clearlite to the blocks outlined in the RFT. In total, approx. 657m2 worth of roofing is for replacement across blocks.
Wherever possible, all A/C inverter units that are located on the roof are to be relocated to the ground in a purpose-built enclosure.
Contractor is to allow asbesos removal in accordance with the R&D survey.
