This Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Ministry, is a closed invitation to Contractors (Tenderers) to submit a Proposal for Offsite Manufactured School Buildings - National Multi-Storey Panel Expansion (2025), with capability to support multi storey solutions. This RFP is the second stage following a Registrations of Interest process completed in April 2025.
For a full description of the required services and scope of the proposed engagement, please refer to the RFP tender documents and supporting attachments. The following sessions via Teams have been scheduled, which the Ministry recommends Tenderers attend:
