Ahipara School has 5YA funding in place to complete the following works:

• Block 1:
- Replace cabinetry, sink, fittings & fixtures
- Replace exterior windows, doors, cladding & install new aluminium Doors
- Replace floor coverings
- New timber deck (circa. 30m2), steps & handrail & wheelchair ramp
- Replace gutter
• Block 4: Room 9. 10 & Breakout
- Replace cabinetry, sink, fittings & fixtures
- Replace exterior windows, doors, cladding & install new aluminium Doors
- Replace floor coverings
- Replace existing decking & step treads
- Install Autex in Breakout room
- Remove non-load bearing wall framing/linings & install lintel over
• Block 5
- Replace covered deck & ramp decking
- Install new decking & grip tread over existing step structure
• Block C: Pool Change WC
- Replace roof, flashings & gutters
- Replace polycarbonate roof sheets, replace roofing barges & ridge flashings
• Block A
- Replace roof, flashings & gutters
• Room 11
- Replace exterior window with new aluminium Door


Timeframes for the Contract Works are:
i. Indicative start date: 1st December 2025
ii. Indicative Due Date for Completion: 31st January 2026
