This RFT is for Sir keith Park School - New Hall and 4 Learning Support Teaching Space Block - Main Contract Works. The scope of works would see the provision of a new replacement hall, and a 4 x teaching space learning block and replacement property maintenance shed. The project is to be delivered over two distinct stages, the first stage will be the construction of the new Hall, once the Hall has been completed and handed over to the school, the demolition of the existing classrooms that currently lie on the footprint for the new 4 x classroom block can be demolished and the new 4 x classroom block can be constructed.
