The Contract Works required are:
(a) Enabling Works include: Site establishment including temporary works (parking and construction of access road), sediment pond, earthworks, Cut & Fill, establish temporary construction fencing/gate, remove hardcourt asphalt/kerbs, tree removal and demolition of Tamaki block 4.
(b) Main Construction include: Construct a total of 22x LS classrooms (including Tech/Makerspace), Western PUDO and Carpark (Off of Tripoli Road Entrance), Hydrotherapy pool building, establishment of Outdoor Sensory Playground (including fencing & gates) / general landscaping, and Eastern PUDO and Carpark (Off of Benghazi Road).
