This project will deliver a redevelopment of the 3 waters system and the pool area at Totara North School.
Substantial subsidence remediation works have recently been carried out at the school which has seen the construction of new retaining walls around this area.
This project will see the construction of a new in ground pool, a pool change shed, pump station, filtration system and pool access. The demolition of the existing toilet block is also to be included in this project scope as this block will be replaced by the new pool change shed. Three waters are also being addressed.
