This registration of interest is for Waimea College's Tech Block Refurbishment project scheduled to commence on site in November this year if not earlier.
It is critical that the works are completed in January 2026.
We seek registration of interests from suitable qualified main contractors who have both the demonstrable capacity and experience to undertake this role.

A site is now scheduled for Friday 29th August 2025. The precise time is yet to be confirmed but it is anticipated being at around 11 am.
