The Ministry is seeking to obtain a design and construction solution involving either D&B procurement or an off-site manufactured solution that includes total costs for the design, fabrication, installation (construction including transport of components as required) of a new 2-storey 6 TS building located at South Wellington Intermediate. The two-storey building will have 06 Specialist teaching spaces, complete with internal circulation, two staircases (one can be external), lift and all associated building and specialist services. The pricing must include for all foundation costs, connection to existing services, all design and consenting costs. Also the demo of the existing block.

As explained further in the RFP this procurement is running in parallel with an OMB procurement for the same project. The preferred supplier from this procurement will go through to a second stage evaluation with the OMB supplier.
