Overview
Queen Charlotte College Gym block is a 2 story building. Sections of the roof and asbestos wall cladding are at end of their life.
The required work includes:
Asbestos removal.
Metal roof and wall cladding.
The supply and installation of James Hardie products along with new aluminum joinery.
A partial demolition and and rebuild of the main entrance to the gym.
The proposed work will occur in both school term and holiday periods.
