The approved Ten Year Property Plan has identified a number of roofing improvements to various buildings at the school which includes roof coverings, flashings and spouting renewal.

The contract also includes the installation of an appropriate trafficable and heavy duty translucent roof product.

Additionally, all new and affected timber and fascia are to be painted.
