Overview

The Board of Trustees for South Makirikiri School are seeking a suitably qualified Main Building Contractor to carry out the Block 1 Outdoor Learning Area.

The Contract Works required are: Create an outdoor learning environment along the front of 3 classrooms on block 1, with steps to front of deck. Provide weather protection to west end of deck and create a space for storage of bags and coats. Open up external walls to classrooms and install bi-fold exterior doors opening out onto deck area.

All tender documentation and necessary information attached.

Contractors MUST visit site for tender to be compliant. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit.

Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successfull contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
