The Contract Works will be in Separable Portions.
1. Separable Portion 1 - PAC. The school’s Performing Arts Centre (PAC) has weathertightness and seismic issues, due to design and construction failures. The works scope in this tender provides for permanent remediation of the weathertightness and seismic issues with this building.
2. Separable Portion 2 - Gym. The school’s Gym building has weathertightness issues. The works scope in this tender provides for permanent remediation of the weathertightness issues with this building. Additionally, the Gym building includes a mezzanine level, currently for service access only, which the school would like to have available for general use. Works are required to the mezzanine level, for compliance and fire rating, to make the area more broadly useable for the school.
