As per the school’s 5YA, this project plans to deliver internal and external lifecycle replacements to Block 1.
a. The Contract Works required are:
i. Window joinery replacements
ii. Wal linings and wall coverings
iii. Flor coverings replacements
iv. Cabinetry upgrades
v. Electrical and plumbing
vi. The works do not require a building consent.
vii. The asbestos related works are to be planned for school holidays.
viii. Please provide a proposed delivery schedule utilising school holidays where appropriate, please note the below timeline constraints:
(a) The resource room can be completed operationally during Term
(b) The staffroom, principal’s office and other administration areas will need to be completed during school holidays
(c) The Hall works can be scheduled operationally however utilisation of holidays for portion of the works is preferred minimising the impact on school’s operation.
ix. All relevant details were included in the attached drawings and specifications.
x. The Contractor will be engaged through a Medium Works Contract. No Contract related tags will be considered. The Principal prefers there to be no drawings and specification related Tags.
