The school property includes older building (Block D) with original construction circa 1980's and poor structural condition. Logic understands the project brief to be, replacement with a more fit for purpose modern construction building.

The scope of works will include:

▪ Construction of Modern school block - Flexible learning approximately 180m2 to 200m2.
