The Northern Health School are currently operating out of D Block at Thames South School and would like to address the refurbishment requirements highlighted in the below scope and published Architectural Drawings. These works include a full reconfiguration and refurbishment to the toilet block along with the replacement of floor and wall linings throughout the classrooms. Some ceiling areas will receive new suspended ceilings, there will be some joinery replacements and new cabinetry will be requir
The works will progress as two separate stages being Stage 1 as the Toilet Block which will address the replacement of the Toilets, fixtures and fittings, partitions and with a new internal configuration. Stage 2 will address wall & floor linings, ceilings, lighting, electrical components, cabinetry & joinery within the classroom block. An internal reconfiguration will also take place. It is expected that Stage 1 will commence in June 2025 with Stage 2 in Sept/Oct 2025
