The Project background is:
i. Hon Erica Stanford has announced the creation of a new school at Rolleston due to increasing rolls at Lemonwood Grove and West Rolleston Primary Schools.
ii. Te Rau Horopito is required to be operational for the first day of Term 1, 2026. The school will comprise of 12-teaching spaces block and an admin building.
iii. The drawing will currently show a temp administration as part of the 12 TS block. There is a change request that has just been approved to add an admin building to the scope so the current temp admin will be converted in to teaching space.
iv. Project is to have received CPU by 1st December 2025.
