The Contract Works required are:
i. Construction of a new, two-storey, 6 teaching space block.
ii. Establishment of temporary construction access and construction laydown area on the adjoining NZDF-operated property on the eastern school boundary and reinstatement of the area at the end of the work.
iii. Electrical services including the connection to the existing transformer, cabling, and MB.
iv. Data, CCTV and fire connections.
v. Water supply, including fire firefighting water supply, drainage and stormwater connections.
vi. External works including paving and landscaping.
vii. Any other requirements not mentioned above, required by the drawings and specification and deemed necessary to complete the Contract Works.
