The project involves the construction of a new two-story teaching block (block 2) comprising 14 teaching spaces. The scope includes all associated site works, landscaping and the installation of essential services. The new block will need to be connected to the schools existing infrastructure which includes fire sprinklers and alarms; power; data; comms; and security etc.
This tender is for main contractor services to deliver the two-storey block
There may be additional works involving the demolition of several blocks at the completion of the two-storey block contract noted as ‘potential additional rights.
The ministry reserves the right to negotiate the next stage as additional rights with the successful tenderer.
