This Request for Proposals (RFP), issued by the Ministry of Education (the Ministry/the Principal to the Contract), is a closed invitation to Directory Suppliers (Tenderers) shortlisted from the Construction Directory to submit a Proposal for Multiple Schools – PMC Programme – Design and Build Services And Potential Additional Rights (the D&B Services).
This tender is for three Schools within “Wave 1” across bundles one to three, within Hawkes Bay only (Irongate School, Te Whai Hiringa, Flaxmere Primary School). There are also reserved rights for the Schools in further Waves. The outcome sought for this procurement activity is to engage suitably qualified and experienced main contractor/s under a Design and Build Contract to undertake professional design (from Developed Design through to completion of Detailed Design), management and construction services.
