A civil contractor is required to replace the drainage services in the carpark and main driveway entrance to the site. The disturbed driveway, car park, and pavements are then to be replaced with a reinforced concrete finish to allow heavy vehicle traffic through the site. Works will need to be delivered during multiple school holiday breaks to maintain operational access to the site.
