Elmgrove School is a primary school situated in Mosgiel in Dunedin. There are approximately 320 children in 14 teaching spaces.
Three previous project stages have been delivered and Stage 3b (block 3 works) will be completed in May 2025.
This stage (Stage 4) will focus on the need for Block 2 and Admin Block Membrane Roof Replacements along with other targeted cladding repairs, clerestory window replacements and minor internal repairs to these blocks. We anticipate site establishment late May/early June 2025 and our preference is for all works to be completed by end of Term 3 holidays.
