Marlborough Boys’ College, in Blenheim, has had condition issues identified between 2011 and 2013. A redevelopment project involving a combination of refurbishment, replacement and redevelopment of existing assets is to be undertaken. The first stage of these works is to be:

1. the refurbishment of the library
2. the refurbishment of Y & Z blocks

This procurement is for Main Contractor services to undertake these refurbishments.
