The hall and student centre (Block A and Block K) at Taita College require redevelopment. Specifically, the Ministry is seeking the following outcomes from this work for Block A and Block K:
(a) Remove and replace the existing roofs
(b) Remove and replace existing cladding, and replace some existing framing where required
(c) Replace all existing windows with new aluminium double glazed windows
(d) Implement internal upgrades including wall lining, lighting, ceilings, and flooring

The project is estimated to be completed by mid-September, provided that the indicative procurement and contract establishment dates can be met.
