Removal of the boiler and making good roof penetrations exposed after chimney removal. Disconnection of 3 phase power from boiler and proving single power outlets to replace. Installation of heat pumps to identified rooms in the different blocks. All heat pumps to be install within the spaces identified and to a size suggested by the contractor to meet heating and cooling requirements for the intended space. All external exhaust units are installed at least two meters above ground or with exterior wire cages. The option of installation on the roof is possible as long as the installer ensure a watertight installation, including that all penetrations are sealed to MOE standards. All power connections need to be confirmed to the sub-boards that sufficient power is provided in each sub-board, all switches in the sub-boards and the heat pumps need to be.
