Building Contractors are invited to register interest for tendering quotations for internal upgrade work to the existing Parkvale School Hall, Hastings.
This project will be run by Judd Dougan Team Architects Ltd on behalf of Parkvale School Board of Trustees, and the Ministry of Education.
This work involves:
Fire rating linings upgrade to mezzanine floor and supporting walls for Fire Report compliance.
Interior upgrade of existing toilets.
Interior upgrade of existing kitchen.
Related making good to internal surfaces, etc.
Construction proposed to commence at end of 2014 school year (late December 2014) for completion early in 2015.
We advise that there may be a necessity to limit the number of contractors tendering - selected by an assessment process.
Please provide relevant information with respect to your company's capacity, education work familiarity, track record with respect to this type of project especially, and ability and assurance to carry out the work expeditiously once commenced.
