Tauhara College (The School) – Stage 1B – Construction of New 2 Storey Admin & Technology Block (Block AT) MOE27131

Construction services are required for the next stage of the Redevelopment project at Tauhara College. This stage / procurement relates to Stage 1B and is to be tendered via Direct Negotiation to Livingstone Building Ltd, as they were the successful tenderer of Stage 1A.

The following categories will be assessed including:

- Proposed Solution
- Capability
- Capacity
- Price

Pricing must be presented via an Open Book basis with multiple quote per trade presented. As a part of the Ministries pricing review, the Ministry may request that Livingstone provide rationale for sub-contractor selection.

Please note that the drawings and specifications are too big for the GETS system, so we will issue a link to the supporting documentation.

2x Q&A sessions will be conducted via Teams where Livingstone may ask questions to the project team (links to be provided shortly), questions may also be submitted through the GETS Q&A function.
