Overview

This Request for Tenders (RFT) is an invitation to suitably qualified contractors to submit a Tender for Roofing Replacement at Glen Eden Intermediate School.

The Contract Works required are:

 Block 1, Hall – Specialist Removal of the old Super Six asbestos roof and re-roofing the whole Hall.
 Block 10, Room 17 – re-roof whole block.
 Block 13, Room 20 – re-roof whole block.
 Block 3, Rooms 9-12 – re-roof whole block.
 Block 4, Rooms 13-16 – re-roof whole block.
 Block 16, Rooms 18,19 – re-roof lower section of the roof.
