The School has been dealing with ongoing issues for several years with water damage occurring in a particular are of a Koru 1 Classroom in Block 3. These issues were aligned with excessive rain events and were dealt with by the School over the years. At one point in the past black mould was reported and treated at the time. The roof has reached its end of life and needs replacement.
