The redevelopment of Alexandra School is delivered in two stages.
In June 2024, The Breen Construction Company Limited was appointed to complete Stage 1 (new Multi-purpose Block and demolition of Block 2) and is currently delivering the works with the completion due in April 2025.
Stage 2 (demolition of Block 3 and build of a new 8TS single storey block) is now due to start in January 2025. This new RFT is for Stage 2 of the works.
The school will continue to operate throughout the construction period. All construction work must be phased to take this into account and allow for suitable access at all times.
