The works in this project include 5YA and AMS remediation works to the following:

This project covers classroom refurbishment of Blocks 1 & 7

STAGE TWO WORKS

Block 1
• create a new breakout space (between Rooms 1 & 2)
• new type 4 fire alarm.
• carpet and autex in Rooms 1 & 2

Block 7
• lifecycle replacement of carpet, vinyl, wall lining, and ceiling tiles.
• asbestos cladding removal
• create new openings where windows along the front of classrooms were and change to ranch sliders/bi-fold doors.
• Install outdoor carpet along wooden deck due to slip hazard
• Change windows along the back of classrooms and reclad along the building. Investigate water damage to the structure.

The works are planned to be completed in the Term 4 Holidays December 2024 / January 2025.
