Block 1 Rooms 1-7 Window replacement: Old silver aluminium windows are at the end of their economic life becoming hard to open and close and are draughty and not weathertight.

Blocks 1,4, A ; Switchboard upgrades with new metal lockable enclosures with full RCD protection.
FLOORING + HEATING:
Blocks 1,3,6,9: Carpet, vinyl, pinboard, + heating replacement.
