The Contract Works required at Ahipara School is a new 104m2 stand-alone building on a concrete slab, refer attached plans.

The Contractor will be engaged through a Medium Works Contract.

Indicative Timeframes for the Contract Works are:
i. Indicative start date: October 2024
ii. Indicative Due Date for Completion: April 2025
