o Replacing all damaged glass panels on 9 x exterior cloak bay walls and roof. Replacing the existing glass cloak bay roofs with trafficable clear lite, and
o replacing the seals with new. Refurbishment/ ILE upgrade of Room 12 due to materials reaching the end of their life.

o Upgrading senior and middle toilet block rooflines with color steel and storing existing roofing tiles away
