Registrations of Interest are sort for Building Main-Contractors to price the supply and installation works of a 5YA Site - Fire / Security System upgrade works project at Beachlands School, Auckland.
The existing systems have reached the end of their lifecycle and become old and require replacement with new equipment and coverage.
This project will require site visits and the appropriate inspections to determine the supply and installation of the required materials.
Design documentation and scope of works will be provided.
All documentation will be prepared by a services representative consultant, to NZ Safety Codes and MoE standards.
All procedures to comply with MoE property legislation.

Existing systems have exceeded their lifespan and become old and worn.
Nature of the Works :
Replace existing fire system to entire site to align with new specifications, ensure that the
new build can link into the system where there is one panel located for the entire school in
reception area, no stand alone fire panels to be installed in new build.
Address double knock application to mitigate false activations to school.
Replace existing security system to facilitate school bell, lockdown procedures and VOIP.
