Overview

Registrations of Interest are sort for Building Main-Contractors to price the supply and installation works of a 5YA Block 4 - AMS / DQLS Interior Replacement & Alteration project at Waiuku School, Auckland.

The existing interior finishing materials have reached the end of their lifecycle and become old and require replacement with new finishes, including the introduction of usable and upgraded spaces.
This project will require site visits and the appropriate inspections to determine the supply and installation of the required materials.
Design documentation and scope of works will be provided.

All documentation will be prepared by an architect representative consultant, to NZ Safety Codes and MoE standards.
All procedures to comply with MoE property legislation.

History :

Building is old and layout is not fit for purpose.
Refurbishment of all classroom block including breakout spaces, new Aluminium Joineries and toilet refurbishment.

Nature of the Works :
Block 4 classrooms and toilets.

Re-Model / Refurbish the wet areas with new fixed cabinet and storage space, new sink units, new vinyl and hardware refurbishment to locks, stoppers and smoke screen doors.

Refurbish junior classrooms and teaching area including toilet refurbishment, (new fittings).
Toilet refurbishment including new fixture and fittings.
